Team Productivity Coaching and Training for Established Entrepreneurs
I’ll help you get your time back with an organized, efficient team to support you in your business growth.
A lot of entrepreneurs drag their feet when it comes to delegating work and hiring team members, resulting in quick hires made out of desperation.
Those quick fixes often create less productive team members that aren’t being fully utilized because they don’t understand all of their responsibilities. Suddenly, that investment that was supposed to save you time is actually adding a task to your to-do list.
The result? Spending money on employees you don’t trust that aren’t taking tasks off your plate.
You started your business because of the specific knowledge and expertise you have in your industry, not to spend hours reviewing your team’s work.
You weren’t taught how to train a team, so let yourself off the hook and hire someone who has managed a lot of teams over the years to do the job for you.
If you continue to utilize an inefficient team, you’ll continue to cost yourself and your business money - and constantly wonder how to make your business grow.
Without a team that supports your business, you simply cannot step into the level of growth you desire without burning out.
You didn’t hire a team to continue to drown in your business, you hired them so you could…
Get your time back
Create more space to increase your revenue
Take things off your plate to reduce stress and overwhelm
Utilize people’s zone of genius to do things better than you could
I teach teams how to work collaboratively, effectively and efficiently in order to maximize time, increase productivity and get more done.
In order to create a sustainable business that’s built to scale, you have to have the right support in place. This collaborative 1:1 coaching container provides hands-on team training and support to make your employees more productive; in turn freeing up your time to focus on what you do best in your business.
How Team Coaching and Training works:
Step 1: CLARITY INTENSIVE
This half day (3-hour) intensive is where we dive into what’s working, and what’s not working inside your business. I will capture a full understanding of your business and team structure in order to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.
Step 2: REFINEMENT
I work with your online business manager (OBM) and/or virtual assistants (VAs) to outline current responsibilities, as well as identify opportunities for hiring. Then, we streamline and refine processes in the business to take more off of your plate and empower your team to do their jobs well.
The result: A well trained online business manager (OBM) that takes tasks off your plate without you having to ask twice.
Step 3: SUPPORT
I provide monthly support via 1:1 calls and unlimited Slack or Voxer access where we can dig into specific areas of the business that need more attention. I work with both you 1:1 AND your team. I support you in how to best manage a variety of team members, and I teach your team how to do their jobs better, take personal responsibility for their role and think more strategically in order to work more efficiently and give you your time back.
What’s Included:
Kickoff half-day (3-hour) intensive for the business owner (this can also include team for part of the call)
5, 60-minute coaching calls (2 with business owner and 3 with team)
Unlimited Slack/Voxer support for 3-months
Scaling your business includes adding team members in order to help you get your time back. Everyone wants the support of a team, but when you’re at the point of hiring no one actually has the time, or wants to spend the time it takes, to properly train them to make sure they are getting the results you hired them for.
If you’ve already built a team, but you’re still working way too much, spending too much time giving direction and reviewing work, constantly reminding your team of what needs to be done, and feeling like you’re the bottleneck, it’s time to re-evaluate your team and how they’re supporting your business.
This doesn’t necessarily mean they are not the right people for the job, but it more than likely means there are not clearly defined roles and responsibilities, a lack of training and a lack of direction needed for the team and business to run efficiently.
Having Productive Employees Allows You To Have:
More time to focus on growing the business and serving clients, instead of managing so much of the backend operations
Better relationships with those you love as you’ll have more time for fun
Time off that’s not constantly interrupted by Slack notifications from team or clients
Increased sales because you have more capacity
Increased revenue because you’ve improved the productivity of your team by refining their roles, making operational expenses more efficient
If you’re ready to reduce your overwhelm and finally have the rockstar team that you desire fully supporting you in your business, let’s do this!
